A WELCOMING OLD CUMBRIAN PUB

The Taggy Man is situated on Market Street in the heart of Kirkby Stephen, opposite the church. Our bar serves a traditional selection of cask ales, premium lagers, spirits, ciders and much more in a warm and friendly environment. Hot bar food is available until 8pm Monday- Saturday and 6pm on Sundays. We don’t take table bookings- just come along! Well behaved dogs are welcome.

We are proud to have been included in CAMRA’s Good Beer Guide for 2021, 2022 and 2023 and are committed to serving locally brewed, real ales from Cumbria and our neighbouring counties of Yorkshire, Lancashire and County Durham.
